Where can I get an oil change?

Depending on your preferences, you have a few options to get your oil changed. You can schedule an appointment for us to come out to your vehicle at your home or while you're at work, for fast and convenient service. During which time we will also check your various fluid levels, air filter condition and bringing to your attention anything we find that's out of the ordinary with your vehicle for your added peace of mind.

What do I need to do when my change engine oil light comes on?

There are a few things you can do right away to troubleshoot this. Initially check to make sure your oil level isn't low and that the cap is tightly secured, because if it is loose, it can trigger the check engine light. If this doesn’t solve the problem, schedule an appointment with us to have your vehicle checked and it an oil change is required we can provide such service on the spot.

How often do I need a tune-up?

The golden standard for tune-ups will differ based on a few variables: the vehicle’s age and how often you drive it. Generally speaking, if you drive an older car containing a non-electronic ignition, getting a tune-up every 30,000-45,000 miles is recommended. For newer vehicles with electronic ignition, you can drive between 25,000 and 60,000 before a tune-up; but always follow your manufacture's recommended maintenance guidance.

How often should I change my oil?

Oil change intervals will differ based on vehicle age, the type of oil (traditional, synthetic-blend or full-synthetic) used, and driving conditions. We recommend having your oil changed after 3,000 to 10,000 miles or every 90 - 120 days, whichever comes first.

When should I get my tires rotated?

The general recommendation for rotating tires is between 5,000 - 8,000 miles or at least every six months. However, all tire brands are made differently, with some built to last longer than others, so it is best the check with the tire manufacturer for a more precise answer.

How often should I check my tire pressure?

Always give your tires a quick check before getting into your vehicle and every few visits to the gas station. If you aren’t checking your tires regularly, it is recommended that you check the pressure at least once a month for optimal tire performance and fuel mileage.

How do I know when I need new brakes?

The clearest indicator that you need new brakes is when you hear an unusual sound, such as a high-pitch squeak or squeal when you step on the brake pad. If this issue goes unresolved for too long, you will notice a grinding sound similar to metal scraping against metal when you step on the brake. The most extreme indication is if you begin to experience undesirable braking performance, an increase in stopping distance which can lead to warped or damaged rotors.

How often should I have my brakes checked?

How long do repairs usually take?

The average repair time is 12 days, but this depends on the repair needed. Some repairs can take one day, whereas others can take a few weeks. You will always be given a turnaround time following your vehicle diagnostic.
